I’ve been thru 2 knees 4-5 mo each) & the shoulder once (4 mo) already. I’m ready to get ready to swim. Again. And bike. And run. I have started walking already. Day 4 I went and did a mile. Been gradually increasing.Also started in on strengthening the GOOD shoulder, cuz once Amy leaves, it’s gonna have a lot more work to do.
